Miyagawa Yuto

Chief Strategy Officer

Studied in Canada during high school, then at the University of Toronto and Keio University's Faculty of Policy Management. From 2021, worked in sales at a restaurant-industry SaaS company and at an ad agency, handling social ads from production through to campaign management. Graduated from Keio and co-founded TripClear Inc.

Nomura Yuma

Chief Creative Director

Worked in hospitality from her student years at Resorttrust and the Westin group. Joined Milial Resort Hotels in 2018 and spent five years in restaurants across service, product development and staff training. Since leaving, she has run multiple accounts as a social media marketer, with over 300 million cumulative views across them.

Namba Yohei

Chief Technology Officer

Holds a master's degree in computer science from Keio University. After long-term internships at ABEMA, DMM and Woven during his studies, he joined CyberAgent, building and operating machine learning infrastructure. He was tech lead at a LINE marketing SaaS company before his current role, and is a certified Domestic Travel Services Manager.

Nomichi Keigo

Joined NEXTAGE out of university in vehicle acquisition sales. Co-founded Airbear Inc. in 2022 and launched one of Japan's largest solo-camping media accounts on Instagram. Runs multiple accounts as a social media marketer, including work for a listed company.
