Social media goes to one agency, ads to another, landing pages to a web studio, and LINE to someone in-house. The more channels you add, the more hands the work is split between. TripClear's Full-Funnel Marketing pulls those separate paths into a single plan and takes on everything from awareness to bookings, purchases and repeat customers. Below, we set out what we do and in what order, stage by stage.

When the work is split between different hands, people fall through the gaps. A post can take off on social media, but if the page it leads to is weak, visitors leave there. Ad reports arrive channel by channel, and nobody can say which effort actually drove sales. And if contact ends after a visit or purchase, bringing that customer back costs ad money all over again.
With Full-Funnel Marketing, we start by laying out every route customers take to you and finding where they get stuck. Then we align social media, search and ads on one message and draw the landing page, measurement and LINE into a single blueprint. Bringing it together changes four things.

Each effort strengthens the others
Keep one message across social media, search and ads, and the touchpoints add up until people search for you by name.

No one who finds you slips away
We build awareness and the landing page together, carrying people straight through to booking or purchase.

You can see what worked
With ads, social media and search measured the same way, results by channel sit side by side.

Customers come back
Stay connected on LINE, and repeat visits no longer cost ad money each time.
What we cover, and what we do
We cover the six areas below. You can hand us all of them or just some.
| Area | What we do | Main channels and tools |
|---|---|---|
| Overall strategy | Audit of acquisition paths, KGI and KPI design, annual budget allocation | GA4, each platform's dashboard |
| Awareness | Social media management, social ads, SEO articles and owned media | Instagram, TikTok, Meta ads, TikTok ads, Google Search |
| Landing pages | Building and improving the landing pages that ads and search lead to | Your website, landing pages |
| Conversion tracking | Tracking tags and UTM design, a cross-channel dashboard | Pixel, CAPI, GA4, Google Tag Manager |
| Nurturing | LINE Official Account scenarios, segmented and step messages | LINE Official Account, Liny, L-step |
| Analysis and improvement | AI-assisted reporting, reallocating budget and creative | Platform data, GA4 |
How we work
From first conversation to ongoing improvement, the work runs in six stages. The initial discovery call and quote are free.

1Inquiry and quote
We learn what you are doing now and where the numbers stand, agree where we come in, and send a quote.

2Assessment and overall design
We map the whole customer journey and find where the headroom is.

3Running the awareness work
We build up contact with the people you want to reach across several channels and angles.

4Building the conversion measurement layer
We get you to the point where you can answer "which effort drove sales?" with numbers.

5Nurturing design
We nurture the leads you win into repeat visits and purchases on LINE.

6Analysis and improvement
AI speeds up the reporting, and budget keeps moving toward what works.
Assessment and overall design
We review your business, your offer and your current acquisition paths, and find where people drop out between hearing about you, getting interested and buying. We mainly use three methods.
- Customer pyramid analysis: split customers into five tiers, from people who don't know you yet to regulars, and see which tier would grow the business most
- Customer journey design: map the path from first hearing about you to buying, and find where nothing is reaching people
- Working back from KGIs and KPIs: start from the sales goal and settle the annual budget split, allowing for peak and off seasons
Running the awareness work
We build several messages on a who, what and how framework, then use test campaigns to find the winners. This is also when we do positioning: mapping competitors' messages on one chart to find the space nobody holds.
Few people buy after a single view. To reach them several times across different channels and angles, we combine Meta and TikTok ad budgets, social media management, and SEO articles and owned media. More channels need more videos, so when volume matters, first-person POV video is one option. It needs no on-camera talent, and a single camera operator can shoot many videos in one batch.
Building the landing page
However many people the awareness work brings in, a weak landing page will not turn them into bookings or purchases. We carry the message from the overall plan straight into the above-the-fold copy, and build the tracking tags and the paths to forms and LINE sign-up at the same time. After launch, we keep refining the page based on campaign data.
Building the conversion measurement layer
The goal is to answer "which effort drove sales?" with numbers. We set up tracking tags such as Pixel and CAPI along with UTMs, so results from ads, social media and search can be compared in one table. Reports are built around bookings and purchases rather than channel by channel. The metrics we track are split by stage.
| Stage | What we watch |
|---|---|
| Awareness | CPM, reach |
| Interest and consideration | Growth in branded search, assisted conversions (indirect contribution) |
| Results | Direct conversions (bookings, purchases, inquiries) |
Nurturing on LINE
Through your LINE Official Account, we invite new leads and past customers back for their next visit or purchase. With Liny or L-step, messages can change with how often someone has visited and what they are interested in. As we build scenarios such as thank-you messages, day-before booking reminders and return-visit coupons, customer data builds up too.
Analysis and improvement
AI-assisted reporting cuts the work of compiling numbers, so improvements run in short cycles. Budget moves to the efforts and creative that perform, and what doesn't perform stops. Making that call again and again is how the return on your whole marketing budget goes up.
Different content for each stage
Running the same video from the awareness stage all the way to booking doesn't work. We give each stage its own channels and content.
| Stage | Role | Main channels |
|---|---|---|
| Awareness | Reach people who don't know you yet with broad-appeal vertical short videos | TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels |
| Interest, understanding, affinity | Grow "I want to go" and "I like this" with content that shows the appeal in depth | YouTube, Instagram feed |
| Booking | Give the final nudge to the booking page from profiles, Stories and DMs | Website, Instagram Stories and DMs |
Where we use AI
We pair our know-how with AI to grow results while keeping the workload down. We use it in three places.
AI × paid media
Find winners faster
AI drives Meta ads auto-bidding and creative testing.
AI × content production
Keep volume and speed up
AI is built into producing SEO articles, video scripts and landing pages, while editing keeps the quality up.
AI × nurturing
Messages that fit each person
AI helps design LINE messaging and analyze customer segments.
How the plan differs by industry
The shape of the customer path varies a lot by industry. Here are the key points of the plan for each.
| Industry | Key points of the plan |
|---|---|
| Hotels & ryokan | From awareness on social media and ads to direct bookings on your own site and return stays via LINE, with tracking split by booking route |
| Restaurants | Set the roles of head office and each location, connect social media and ads through Google Maps, the reservation book and LINE, and measure visits |
| Hair & beauty salons | Split roles between head office and multiple salons, and grow new and repeat clients together through social media, ads, LINE and the booking path |
| Tourism associations and local government | Overall design and KPIs across the tourism website, social media, ads and LINE, fitted to public tender specifications |
| Real estate and housing | Funnel design from inquiry to visit and signed contract, with follow-up on LINE |
| Construction and homebuilding | Bring people to show-home events with project showcases and ads, and stay alongside them on LINE through a long decision process |
| Sport and entertainment | From awareness to ticket purchases, the fan club and return visits via LINE |
| Retail and e-commerce | Win awareness with short videos and SEO, then track online purchases and drive reorders via LINE |
| Travel agencies | Join up touchpoints split across stores, your website, social media, ads and LINE, and measure everything through to post-trip resales on the same yardstick |
| Rail, bus & transport operators | Connect the line-side tourism site, social media, ads, app and LINE, and track sales of special tickets |
| Shopping malls and commercial facilities | Join up the mall website, social media, ads, app and LINE, and report the actions that lead to visits in a form you can share with tenants |
| Auto repair shops & car workshops | Tie videos of servicing, custom work and car sales to the stock page, service booking, LINE and ads, and measure results by service bookings and closed sales |
Pricing and how to work with us
How is pricing decided?
It depends on the scope. The price moves with which of SEO articles, social ads, account management, landing pages, conversion tracking and LINE we take on. We send a quote after the first discovery call. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms at cost, so it is not part of our quote.
Can we ask for just social media management, or just ads?
Yes, single services are fine. We can also handle only the overall plan while your team runs it. We decide together where we come in after learning how customers reach you today.
How far does your measurement go?
From the awareness stage all the way to final results. We track awareness metrics such as CPM and reach, growth in branded search, assisted conversions and direct conversions, with KPIs for each stage.
Which industries have you worked with?
We have worked with accommodation, destinations, restaurants, hair salons, retail and e-commerce, real estate, construction and sport. The accounts we manage have passed 500 million views in total. Individual case studies are collected in Works.
