System Integration for Construction

System Integration for
Construction & Homebuilders

Open-house sign-ups and renovation enquiries have both moved to the phone. We design and build the LINE and booking integration, and the measurement joining advertising to attendance.

  • Official LINE account
  • Open-house and consultation booking systems
  • Meta ads
  • Measurement tags and analytics

Numbers

One firm in ten uses LINE. They are short of people, and seven in ten turn work away

13.1%

Using LINE among construction firms: still one in ten

Construction companies using LINE externally. Second after Instagram on 18.6%, but the level stays low

Teikoku Databank, Survey of Business Use of Social Media, September 2023 (n=1,022)

69.6%

Seven in ten construction firms are short of people

Issues

Three things that actually get stuck in a homebuilder's sign-up layer

01

Sign-ups stall at the form

Someone calls after the form comes in, waits for a reply, then arranges a date. Out on site, you can't take the call at the hottest moment.

The fixConfirmations and day-before reminders go out automatically, carrying people to the day without waiting for a call.

02

Booking and customer data are scattered

The list is on paper, follow-up is in Excel, and the conversation is on someone's personal phone. The same client sits in three places, and re-keying eats the time.

The fixWe bring the list, attendance history and stage into one place, so nothing gets re-keyed.

03

You can't talk about ads in attendance

Without measurement configured, the ad results stop at clicks and impressions. The booking and attendance numbers sit asleep in a different ledger.

The fixWe measure open-house booking completions and brochure requests, judging ads on bookings and cost per booking.

Process

From the first conversation to go-live. We handle all the configuration work

Workflow

All that's needed is account details for the tools you use, and how things currently flow from enquiry to attendance

Phase01

Discovery and current-state review
  • Tool inventory
  • The flow from sign-up to attendance
  • Identifying the manual work

We identify what you use and where replies stall.

The enquiry form, the open-house list, the follow-up spreadsheet, LINE, the advertising. We look at what you have, then write out who is doing what, and where, between enquiry and attendance.

Phase02

Path and system design
  • Tool selection
  • Designing the booking and LINE integration
  • Tracking design

We make finding you and attending one continuous line.

We share a single diagram of what social, advertising, your site, LINE and the booking system each handle and how the data moves, and decide how an open-house booking gets counted as a conversion.

Phase03

Build and configure
  • Rich menu and sequences
  • Connecting the booking system
  • Tracking tags

Configuring the admin screens is entirely our work.

Building the rich menu and the message sequences, connecting open-house and consultation bookings, configuring the pixel and Conversions API, installing measurement tags on the enquiry form. All of that is ours to do.

Phase04

Testing, migration and training
  • Test bookings
  • Migrating the list data
  • Manuals and training

We put a real booking through and launch with nothing unclear.

Test bookings confirm how notifications and reminders behave, and the existing list and customer data are migrated. The operating manual covers only what your team will actually touch.

Phase05

Optimization
  • Running the LINE messaging
  • Monthly reporting
  • Sync with social and ads

After launch we keep adjusting it against the numbers.

We run the LINE messaging and send you a monthly report on bookings and conversions. The gap between bookings and attendance each time is what tells us how to fix the social media and the advertising.

FAQ

Questions we are often asked by construction firms and homebuilders

Can we keep our current booking form and customer records?

You can proceed without changing them. We build around your existing booking form, customer records and LINE official account. Followers, bookings and customer data all carry over. We only suggest switching where it is clearly less work.

Can we ask for just the integration, or just the measurement?

Partial engagements are fine. Just connecting LINE to open-house bookings, just configuring the pixel and Conversions API, just rebuilding the rich menu. We take one-off work like that.

Can you handle the admin screens entirely? Will our site staff be able to use it?

We can handle all of it. Building the rich menu, connecting the booking system, setting up the message sequences, installing the measurement tags: our work. We hand over an operating manual before launch, and run training if you want it.

Have you done this integration for construction firms?

We talk through work from close industries and the process when we meet. The numbers and examples by industry are on the individual pages under system integration.

How long until it's live? Will it make our next open house?

Integration and measurement alone takes from a few weeks. To make an imminent open house, we install the measurement on the enquiry form and LINE sign-ups first and add the message sequences afterwards.

We're uneasy about handling clients' personal data on LINE.

What is collected, where it is stored and who internally can see it. In our experience, agreeing that first is the safer route. The contracts for each tool stay in your name; we are there to design, build and support the running of it.
