EC Operations for Retail & EC

EC Operations and
System Integration
for Retail & E-commerce

A video can take off and still produce no revenue if the place to buy is far away. The same team handles building and running the shop, the social integrations and the purchase measurement on advertising.

  • Shopify
  • BASE
  • Instagram Shopping
  • TikTok Shop
  • Official LINE account
  • Meta ads

Issues

Three things that actually get stuck at the point of purchase in retail and e-commerce

01

The product page is too far away

The profile link drops people on a listing page and they have to hunt for the product again. Sometimes the product being featured sits there out of stock.

The fixWe put the product catalogue in order and send people straight to the product from Instagram Shopping and TikTok Shop.

02

Listing and orders are still manual

Product pages get rebuilt, stock is managed twice across the marketplace and your own shop, orders are keyed in by hand. This is where your team's time runs out.

The fixWe build Shopify or BASE and list the products, and handle the orders and stock too.

03

Ad spend and revenue don't connect

Without measurement in place, the results stop at clicks. You end up setting the next budget without knowing which post sold how much.

The fixA pixel, CAPI and consistent UTMs lay out which post and which ad sold how many.

Process

From the first conversation to going live: how it actually runs in retail and e-commerce

Workflow

Account details for the tools you use, and how things flow from order to dispatch. That is enough

Phase01

Discovery and current-state review
  • Your cart and marketplace set-up
  • The order and stock workflow
  • Whether measurement exists

We identify what you use and where manual work remains.

Your own cart and any parallel marketplace listings, how stock is managed, and who handles orders through to dispatch and how long it takes. We also look at whether ad measurement is in place.

Phase02

Path and system design
  • From post to product page
  • Dividing the sales channels
  • Tracking design

From finding the product to buying it becomes one line.

Your own shop, Instagram Shopping, TikTok Shop, the marketplaces. We divide what each handles, then decide where the backbone of revenue sits and what gets measured as a result.

Phase03

Build and configure
  • Store build and product listing
  • Shopping integrations
  • Pixel and CAPI

Every hand inside the admin screens is ours.

Building Shopify or BASE and listing the products, putting the product catalogue in order, configuring the TikTok Shop listing, installing the pixel, building the rich menu. All of that work is on our side.

Phase04

Testing, migration and training
  • Test purchases
  • Migrating product and customer data
  • Operating manual

We buy something for real and check the notifications, the stock and the measurement.

A test purchase confirms the order notification, how stock decrements and how the purchase event is measured. Migrating existing product and customer data and reviews comes after that.

Phase05

Optimization
  • Managed order and stock operations
  • LINE messaging
  • Sync with social and ads

After launch, whatever sold goes back to the production side.

Product page updates, order and stock handling, LINE messaging, monthly reporting. We carry all of that, and push the posts that got a response into advertising.

FAQ

Questions we are often asked by retailers and e-commerce businesses

Can we keep our current cart? We also sell on Rakuten and Amazon.

That's fine. We build around the Shopify, BASE or STORES you already use. Marketplaces limit what data you can get, so we draw the line on what is measurable up front and rebuild the decision-making around your own shop.

We have a lot of SKUs. How much of the product listing can you do?

Creating product pages, replacing images, tidying categories and attributes, updating stock and prices: listing work is ours. Realistically, we start with your top sellers by revenue and the products being pushed in video.

If we list on TikTok Shop, will it sell?

Listing alone won't sell. It is a storefront where purchases start from video and live streams, so the real thing is having the capacity to keep putting video out. Honestly, the listing is just the exit.

We want to be able to judge ad results on revenue.

We put a pixel and the Conversions API on your shop and measure through to purchase completion. Make the UTM naming consistent alongside it and which post and which ad sold how many lines up on one table. Decisions start there.

How far do you check pharmaceutical and advertising law compliance?

Both product pages and social posts. Not just the caption text but the text inside images, on-screen video text, thumbnails, pinned comments and the landing page behind the link. That is the scope we check.

Do you have results or examples in retail and e-commerce?

We talk through how e-commerce operations and system integration run, with examples from close industries, when we meet. Our social media results in retail and e-commerce are on the Social media management for retail and e-commerce page.
