Travi Travel AppPOV Video Production for Shopping Malls & Commercial Facilities
Through the entrance, up the escalator, on to the shop they came for. POV video that turns a visitor's view straight into vertical video, taken all the way from concept through filming and editing without putting anyone on camera.

Japan Council of Shopping Centers, Quantitative Survey on Staff Recruitment (Tenants)Why POV
Merit 01
Longer viewing
Show how to spend time inside
Lining up the exterior and tenant logos doesn't show what people can do inside. POV that walks from the entrance to the shop they came for gets watched to the end, along with how to spend the day.
Merit 02
Helps with hiring
Show a sales associate's day before people apply
A tenant sales associate's day doesn't appear in job ads. POV from the staff's view lets people thinking of applying follow everything from opening prep to serving customers.
Merit 03
No performers
Film every season without models
With models, likeness agreements and fees come up every time you reshoot for a new season. POV has no performers, so you can reshoot easily whenever events or seasons change.
Merit 04
Plenty of videos
Plenty of videos within what's approved
Every shop on camera needs head-office approval, and waiting on one reply can stall the whole shoot. POV films the building straight through and cuts clips afterward, so you still get plenty of videos even after leaving out shops that hold things up.
Why TripClear
Reason 01
Japan's first
A professional POV team
Our camera operator walks the same route as visitors, so no models or likeness clearance are needed. The work is handled by the first social media marketing company in Japan to become an official Insta360 partner.
Reason 02
10M+views/month
An organic track record that speaks for itself
Our eye for winning videos was honed in organic account growth. Videos that get a response go to in-mall signage, tenant promotions and ads, with the scope of use written into the contract.
Reason 03
Sharp angles
Hands-on insight across industries
We start with the floor map and visitor flow. Before filming, we settle what may appear on camera and who handles tenant approvals, and route around any shop that would hold things up.
Reason 04
Fully handled
From filming to reuse, all in one place
Before opening or in quiet weekday hours, two hours give 12 videos' worth. Event and seasonal footage is made ahead, and a video capturing the staff's view can also support tenant hiring.

Process
From the shoot plan through filming, editing and delivery. All you provide is the time to film
Phase01
Before filming, we settle it in a form that will clear the mall and its tenants.
Phase02
We film walking through the mall, before opening or in quiet weekday hours.
Phase03
We finish it at a walking pace and hand it over in a form that takes revisions well.
Phase04
Not finished at delivery. The one that took off gets used all the way into the mall.

FAQ
As a guide, twelve videos' worth in two hours. Routes through a mall are short and compact, so we can keep filming as we move between floors. For large sites, or when we also cover outdoor areas, the extra walking brings it to eight to ten in a six-hour day.
We only film shops that have given approval. What may appear and who signs off are set before filming, and shops needing head office approval are listed at the first meeting. Any shop that stalls is routed around, and the plan is built on common areas and approved shops.
By default we film so customers' faces don't appear. We pick time before opening or quiet weekday hours and follow the route from the camera operator's point of view. Where someone can't be kept out of frame, that cut comes out before publication.
It does. Moving the lead role from a person to the experience inside the mall makes viewers feel they are walking it themselves. No models need arranging, and you can keep using it without worrying about how long a likeness may be used.
Yes. The use, the term and whether secondary use is allowed are always written into the contract. POV video with no talent needs no rights clearance, so the same material runs on in-mall signage, in tenant promotions and in ads.
No reshoot each time. The routes through the mall are filmed first as material you can use all year, and on event days we add only the scenes at the venue. Being able to swap individual scenes is the advantage of POV.
