Travi Travel AppPOV Video Production for Rail, Bus & Transport Operators
Through the ticket gate, gazing out of the window, walking on from where you get off. We make POV video that turns the passenger's own view into vertical video, from concept through filming and editing, with nobody on camera.

Merit 01
Longer viewing
Show reasons to get off before people board
Footage of new trains and facilities doesn't reach people looking for somewhere to go. POV that follows a passenger's view from the ticket gate to the destination shows what awaits after they get off.
Merit 02
Helps with hiring
Show a crew member's day before people apply
A day from roll call to driving shifts never appears in job ads. POV from a crew member's view brings the view from the driver's seat and the flow of the work to people thinking of applying.
Merit 03
No performers
No staff appearances to arrange
Staff appearances need department sign-off, and hiring talent brings likeness usage periods. POV is filmed without performers, so it skips all that and can go on sales pages and into ads.
Merit 04
Plenty of videos
Plenty of videos from one permit
Stations and trains both need filming applications, and the days and sections you can shoot are limited. POV splits continuous footage by station and scene afterward, so one permit turns into a good batch of videos.
Why TripClear
Reason 01
Japan's first
A professional POV team
We are Japan's first social media marketing company to become an official Insta360 partner. Our camera operator boards and alights along the same route as passengers, so no staff appearances or likeness clearance are needed.
Reason 02
10M+views/month
An organic track record that speaks for itself
We learned to tell which videos will grow by running accounts without relying on ads. How far they can be used on in-train screens, station digital signage and in ads is written into the contract.
Reason 03
Sharp angles
Hands-on insight across industries
We start with the route map and pick destinations along the line that one shoot can cover. Five points on what may be filmed and the application lead time go into a table, and we set the shooting order within what will be permitted.
Reason 04
Fully handled
From filming to reuse, all in one place
8 to 10 videos from a six-hour day, filmed in the permitted sections and hours, with off-season content made ahead. A video capturing the crew's view can also go on your careers page.

FAQ
As a guide, eight to ten from a six-hour day. On lines where stations are close together and destinations are near the station, two hours gives twelve videos' worth of material. The operator moves along the same route as passengers, so services don't stop.
We draw the line on scope at the first meeting. We go through a list of five points, no-film areas, safety constraints, likeness, music and industry rules, identify up front which departments need applications and how long they take, and build the plan only around what can be filmed.
The standard approach is filming so passengers' faces don't appear. We follow the window view and the route from the operator's own eyes, so what appears is hands, scenery and station facilities. Where someone in frame can't be avoided, we remove it shot by shot before publication.
It does. Moving the lead role from a person to the experience of riding makes viewers feel they are on that train themselves. And because no staff appear, you can keep using it without worrying about departmental sign-off or how long a likeness may be used.
It can. Usage, period and whether secondary use is allowed are always written into the contract. POV video with no talent needs no rights clearance, so the same material runs on on-board signage, digital displays in stations and ads.
You can start from that footage. We pull shots that can be rebuilt as vertical video from past PR films and window-view recordings, and begin with re-editing. Finding the angle that works before moving on to new filming is the reliable order.
