Travi Travel AppRecruit Marketing for Rail, Bus & Transport Operators
The work of a driver or mechanic doesn't come through in the conditions box of a job posting. We show the day from the briefing through the shift to clocking off on video, and receive applications on a recruitment landing page for each depot and on LINE.

Merit 01
Reach passive talent
People with no experience start to consider applying
People assume they can't apply without a Class 2 large licence or a train driver's licence, and licence support gets missed at the bottom of the job ad. Show it first on video, and newcomers start to consider applying.
Merit 02
Fewer mismatches
Applicants who know a day on duty
Early roll call, inspections in the depot, how breaks work. People who see the work beyond the driver's seat before applying are less likely to find it isn't what they expected.
Merit 03
Your own contact line
Connect without keeping applicants waiting
While scheduling drags on for days, applicants sign with someone else. With your own LINE contact line from the moment they apply, you can show them the next step without the wait.
Merit 04
Customers too
Route PR footage that works for hiring too
Depots, garages and stations are far apart, and head office staff can't film them all. Footage promoting your routes and hiring videos come from the same shoot, reaching riders and future staff alike.
Why TripClear
Reason 01
10M+views/month
Strong in video creative
Starting from employees who joined with no experience and got their licence, we film roll call, inspection, driving and clocking off. The message differs for drivers, maintenance and station staff, and POV keeps people unidentifiable.
Reason 02
Results-based
No setup fee, no monthly fee
Even with a few hires per depot, our recruitment fee applies only to results. Delivery is limited to each depot's catchment and targeted by age and interests.
Reason 03
Through to hire
Full support, down to candidate nurturing
Licence support goes at the top of the recruitment landing page, and applicants connect on LINE the moment they apply. Interview dates and reminders arrive automatically, and they pick their depot on the application.
Reason 04
Tied to marketing
A full range of marketing solutions
We come to your depots and garages to film. Footage made to promote your routes also becomes hiring material, and combined with social media management, posts for riders become a way in for applicants.
We use driver interviews too, but when you want to show the view from the driver's seat as it is, POV is an option. Here is one example: the pre-departure check to returning to the depot in 30 seconds.

Process
All you provide is the time to film at the depot
Phase01
First we set how many people are needed, by role and by depot.
Phase02
From the briefing to clocking off, filmed as it is.
Phase03
We build the place that receives applications first.
Phase04
Once filming is done, delivery can start in as little as 10 working days.
Phase05
Budget moves towards the videos with the lowest cost per application.

What we watchSaves, recruitment page visits
What we watchRetention rate, recruitment page visits
What we watchCost per application, applications
What we watchApplications, interview booking rate
The set-up is only an example. Whether you are hiring drivers, mechanics or station staff changes both the audience and the delivery area.
FAQ
Both the application route and the lead time are set by your own policy. At the first meeting we confirm whether permission is needed, and start where it is easiest to get, such as your own garages and depots.
It can, without faces. The default is POV (first-person) filming with nobody on camera. The hands, the field of view and the audio of the briefing alone convey what the work is. If someone transfers or leaves, the swap is scene by scene. How we film is set out on POV video for rail, bus and transport operators.
They do. Under the Employment Security Act, six items — the employer's name, address and contact details, the duties, the location and the pay — must appear in the post itself.
We put the licence support scheme first on the recruitment landing page and in the videos. Showing a day in the life of someone who joined with no experience and got their licence removes the assumption that they can't apply. The scheme's conditions are stated accurately.
We don't build on the assumption of wide reach. Delivery is narrowed to the depot's catchment, and the aim is to give people who are interested a sharper picture. Starting with a single video shown on the job page is enough.
We explain our approach and examples from similar industries directly when we talk. What social media management for transport operators involves is set out on the Social media management for rail, bus and transport operators page.
