Your videos get watched, yet stock questions and bookings only come in by phone. We connect your used-car stock pages, service bookings, LINE and online parts store into one path that ends in an enquiry.

Merit 01
Buy on the spot
Buy the parts from the video
Someone watches a fitting video and wants the part, but if the caption says "ask in store", a late-night viewer can't buy it. With a product page on Shopify or BASE, they can order on the spot.
Merit 02
No more double entry
Stop entering stock twice,
Your used-car stock list, the stock page on your site, the parts store. Connect what you used to update separately, and you will rarely find a sold car still listed.
Merit 03
Measured in bookings and orders
Measure ads by
Without tracking on completed bookings and orders, ads can only be judged on views and clicks. Send completions back to the ad platform and you see how many bookings and orders each video brought in.
Merit 04
A booking desk
LINE becomes your inspection reminder
More friends on LINE won't bring bookings if all you send is promotions. Remind customers before their inspection expires and let them pick a date right there, and the next service comes back to your shop.
Why TripClear
Reason 01
Keep your tools
Works with 20+ tools
We build around Shopify or BASE and the stock management and booking form you already use. Your used-car stock pages stay as they are, and people can reach them from LINE.
Reason 02
Repeats included
Built for nurturing, not just connection
The rich menu goes straight to service booking and the parts store, and booking confirmations, day-before reminders and inspection-due notices go out automatically. We build the flow through to the next visit.
Reason 03
Joined-up channels
Stronger together with our marketing services
When paired with ads, we put the pixel and Conversions API on the booking and order completion pages and count bookings and orders. We tell you how far tracking can reach before we start.
Reason 04
Through operation
We don't stop at setup
After launch we keep updating the stock pages and sending LINE messages, and report bookings and orders every month. Admin access and manuals for your front desk and workshop staff are handed over together.
Process
Before we start, we need two things: account details for your stock list and online store, and how a job moves from enquiry to the workshop
Phase01
We list the enquiries you take by phone or at the counter, and the copying you do by hand.
Phase02
From watching a video to a booking or an order, one unbroken line.
Phase03
We set up the stock pages, list the store products and configure LINE.
Phase04
We go live once your front desk and workshop staff can use it without trouble.
Phase05
After launch we keep stock and messages up to date, then hand everything over with admin access.

FAQ
We set it up so that doesn't happen. First we check whether your stock management can feed your own stock pages, and if it can't, we bring updates into one place. You can keep listing on portals as you do now.
Yes. Start by putting a few of your most-asked-about parts or used parts on BASE or Shopify. Listing only the items shown in your videos is enough. We add more as we see what sells.
We can set up English product pages, a store that ships overseas, and a way to take enquiries from abroad. Export paperwork, customs and shipping vehicles are outside our scope, so you would work with a specialist for those.
Work doesn't stop. If filming is added, for POV a mechanic wears a small camera and we film the usual work as it happens. If it's integration only, there's nothing to do in the workshop and meetings are online.
A part is fine. Just connecting LINE and the booking form, just setting up the Meta pixel, just listing your parts. One-off requests like these are welcome.
Initial set-up and build are quoted as a package based on the work, and managed operation monthly. That is the basic shape of a quote. We agree the scope of the integration at the first meeting and send it with a breakdown of the quote.

Yes. We build and run e-commerce sites on Shopify or BASE, sort out the flow of stock and orders, and connect site controllers, booking systems and LINE official accounts, designing all of it as the landing point for traffic from social media. We start from the assumption that the systems you already use stay in place.
